You will work for a leading tourism company in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Main duties:
– Ensuring that operational activities remain on time and up to company standards.
– Assisting operations with the preparation of rental and sales vehicules.
– Establishing, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
– Coordinating front & back office efforts with team members and other departments.
– Complying with company policies.
– Assisting the branch manager to help reach set out targets.
– Presenting, promoting and selling sales & rental product using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
– Provide prompt, friendly and efficient customer support via various channels such as a phone, email and face to face.
– Acquire marketing content and operate social media platforms.
– Fulfill other duties as required by management or other department personnel as requested.
